Linh quickly made up the Cambodian Khmer Curry Paste.The smell was magnificent !
We saw Rick cooking this one up the first time we saw the Far Eastern Odyssey show, and it made my mouth water. I am one for a good Asian curry, and this looked a treat.
As the Curry cooked away, you could almost feel the sensation of the curry happening. I couldn't wait to try the curry, it looks so nice.
I'm not normally one for pineapple, but it really goes well with this dish. Each of the ingredients and flavours all combine to make a wonderful dish.
Served up, even the kids dug into it. Now that telling you how good it is.
From what I could see, being the bystander, no the cook. It wasn't a very difficult meal to make.
We had the curry along side the Cured beef Salad with Lemongrass, peanuts and basil.
